A - No but there is a loading if you are not a
Guild member
Q - I have "any driver" on my certificate does
this mean what it says?
A - Not necessarily-insurers need to know the names of all
regular users - if you do not declare the drivers as named and
provide a copy of their license the driver may not be insured!
Q - Do I need to declare accidents in my car to the insurers
of my Commercial Vehicles ?
A - Yes -all claims in ALL vehicles you use
must be declared for ALL drivers
Q - Can I drive other peoples cars/vans on my certificate?
A - No there is no extension on a commercial vehicle certificate
to drive other vehicles that do not belong to you!
